Did you know that Medicare Open Enrollment began on October 15? Medicare Open Enrollment runs from October 15 – December 7, 2022, and is how many seniors get the insurance coverage they need to stay safe and healthy in older age. 

Some short Medicare facts:

– Insurance for those age 65 and older!

– SOME PLANS require a YEARLY RE-ENROLLMENT (check with your insurance company to see if this applies to you!)

– Different plans cover different services (vision, dental, primary care, etc.), get help finding the best plan for you at the health fair. 

If you need help re-enrolling in Medicare, you’d like to enroll for the first time, or you’d like to change your plan, come out to the St. Louis Regional Health Insurance Fair! This event, held on Nov. 19th at the Maryland Heights Municipal Court (11911 Dorsett Road) from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., will have volunteers who are able to assist you in the application process. You can register for the event at www.marylandheights.com/insurancefair – walk-ins will also be accepted!
