Of the 685 people living in Sycamore Hills in 2020, 54.7 percent (375) were women and 45.3 percent (310) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North STL News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 128. In the 65 and over age range, there were 60 females and 39 males.
