Of the 6,369 people living in St. John in 2020, 46.7 percent (2,975) were women and 53.3 percent (3,394) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North STL News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 117. In the 65 and over age range, there were 315 females and 490 males.
