Of the 2,848 people living in Riverview in 2020, 60 percent (1,709) were women and 40 percent (1,139) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North STL News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 515. In the 65 and over age range, there were 156 females and 92 males.
