Of the 1,123 people living in Pasadena Hills in 2020, 50.5 percent (567) were women and 49.5 percent (556) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North STL News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 36. In the 65 and over age range, there were 156 females and 137 males.
