Of the 4,099 people living in Northwoods in 2020, 50.7 percent (2,079) were women and 49.3 percent (2,020) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North STL News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 67. In the 65 and over age range, there were 917 females and 558 males.
