Of the 1,203 people living in Edmundson in 2020, 47.5 percent (572) were women and 52.5 percent (631) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North STL News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 20. In the 65 and over age range, there were 51 females and 32 males.
