Of the 2,686 people living in Bel-Ridge village in 2020, 58.8 percent (1,580) were women and 41.2 percent (1,106) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North STL News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 416. In the 65 and over age range, there were 148 females and 77 males.
