A record-tying number of 187 student-athletes from the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) have been honored with Academic All-Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) recognition for the 2024-25 academic year. This achievement matches the previous year's record.
All 19 sports teams at UMSL were represented, with baseball having the highest number of honorees at 26. Women's tennis saw all its athletes recognized. Overall, 69% of Triton student-athletes earned a spot on the list.
The distinction was awarded to student-athletes maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.30 over two semesters. Notably, 103 recipients were repeat awardees, including five-time honorees Conley Savage (men's swimming), Brett Lynch (men's cross country and track and field), Benjamin VandenBrink (men's cross country and track and field), and Marcos Navas (men's tennis). Additionally, twelve individuals received their fourth honor, such as Juliette Lecomte (women's golf) and Andres Aguirre (men's golf).
UMSL continues to demonstrate strong academic performance across its athletic programs.
