Northwestern Mutual named official sponsor of University of Missouri-St. Louis athletics

The University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) Athletic Department has announced Northwestern Mutual as an official sponsor. The partnership aims to support UMSL student-athletes and the broader athletic program.

Northwestern Mutual, a financial services company founded in 1857, serves more than five million clients nationwide. The firm is ranked No. 110 on the FORTUNE 500 and manages $366 billion in total assets. It is recognized as the largest direct provider of individual life insurance in the United States and ranks among the top five firms for wealth management.

The company’s community engagement includes over $506 million invested through its foundation, with funding directed toward childhood cancer research and programs supporting diverse entrepreneurs.
