UMSL Tritons announce athletics schedule and recap key performances for Sept. 22–28

The University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL) Tritons athletics teams have a full schedule for the week of September 22–28, 2025. The events begin with the No. 19 ranked women's golf team competing at the DBU Classic in Corinth, Texas, on Monday and Tuesday.

On Friday, September 26, the women's soccer team will play against Missouri S&T in Rolla, Missouri, at 5 p.m., followed by volleyball at Drury in Springfield at 6 p.m., and men's soccer facing Missouri S&T at 7:30 p.m. in Rolla.

Saturday's schedule features volleyball at Southwest Baptist in Bolivar at 3 p.m. On Sunday, September 28, women's soccer will compete against Lincoln in Jefferson City at noon, with men's soccer following at 2:30 p.m.

In recent results, the women's soccer team secured consecutive victories over Rockhurst (1-0) and Southwest Baptist (4-0), with five players scoring goals and Rylee Griffith achieving two shutouts. The men's soccer team recorded a draw against Rockhurst (1-1) and their first win of the season over Southwest Baptist (1-0), where Jack Franklin earned his first collegiate win and shutout.

The volleyball team finished last weekend with one win and two losses during the Hyatt Place Bash at the Beach tournament. They lost to Lynn in three sets, defeated Flagler in four sets, and lost to Palm Beach Atlantic in four sets. Skylar Weaver was named Libero of the Tournament and Alayna Santel made the All-Tournament team.

The cross country teams participated in the Bradley Intercollegiate meet in Peoria, Illinois. The men placed ninth overall while the women finished fourteenth. Will Kaempfe achieved his third consecutive top ten finish by placing seventh in the men's 8K race with a personal best time of 24:53. Bella Massaro led the women’s side with a time of 19:29.8.
