Missouri St. Louis men’s golf finishes fourth at Dennis Rose Intercollegiate

The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's golf team, ranked No. 22 nationally, finished fourth at the Dennis Rose Intercollegiate held at Waikoloa Golf Resort in Hawaii. The tournament concluded on Tuesday with UMSL posting a total team score of 894 over three rounds.

Logan Mayo led the Tritons, tying for second place individually with a final score of 216 after rounds of 69, 70, and 77. Dani Solavera followed in a tie for 14th with a score of 222 (75-71-76). Benjamin Berger and Leo Baudry both tied for 27th place, each recording scores of 229. Trigg Lindahl finished tied for 43rd with a total of 236.

Colorado Christian's Peyton Jones won the individual title with a score of 213 (74-68-67), finishing three shots ahead of Mayo and Alexander Cooke from CSU Monterey Bay. The team competition ended in a tie between CSU Monterey Bay and host Hawaii-Hilo, both finishing at 879.

UMSL will wrap up its fall schedule at the Southwest Airlines HPU Sharks Shootout this Friday and Saturday at the Pearl at Kalauao Golf Course in Aiea, Hawaii.
